Eating animal foods that come from properly raised sources is only part of the health puzzle for many of us. There are so many other factors that influence our health. Exercise, spirituality, fresh air and good sound sleep are but a few things in your life that you may find out of balance, due to living in the modern dirty world. Sometimes just getting back to nature; playing hard, engaging in hobbies such as music, meditating and sleeping well in a very darkened room can make the difference between feeling okay and really feeling vibrantly alive!
Most carnviores in nature practice some sort of Intermittent Fasting. Thus, we have a section of the site devoted to some of the different methods of implementing such a lifestyle practice.
Most importantly, try to spend more of your life in the here and now. Take heart in the journey as you strive to meet your goals. Savoring the moments of our lives can bring the most joy and peace.
